Training Services Offered
Dog training for puppies
Start your puppy out right with training in household manners and understanding basic commands
Dog training for adult dogs
Adult dogs can continue and build on the social skills they learned as puppies or go on to learn skills for specific activities and titles.
Competition training
We currently offer classes in conformation (dog shows), obedience, rally, agility, and nose work.
Board with training
Dogs may be boarded at A-Plus and individually trained by professional trainer Bettie Lutzko.
Classes and private instruction
Students start out with a series of private lessons, then move into an appropriate class when handler and dog are ready.
Climate controlled facility
Dog training is on matted floors in our climate controlled training facility.
About Us
Experience
Bettie is a veteran competitor in all of the areas of canine instruction available at A-Plus. She is also a professional educator, with many years of experience teaching in the Abilene Public Schools.
Success
Bettie has finished conformation champions in the Toy, Working,
Herding and Non-Sporting Groups in AKC and International competition. Her dogs of all sizes have advanced performance titles in rally, obedience, agility and nose work.
Trust
A-Plus Canine College is an accredited member with an A+ rating at the Abilene Better Business Bureau.
